Most people go to Santorini to see the sunset, eat amazing food, and see the beautiful white and blue buildings. But the island has much more to offer that will get your blood pumping. I’d recommend the following; Hike or take an ATV to the hugest point on the island. There are ruins there and the view is astounding. Hike from Fira to Oia on the coastal trail. It will take a few hours, and I’d recommend doing it after or before the worst heat of the day. It will give you some of the best sights of the coastal cliffs and you will probably see a wedding or two or three along the way. Cliff jump! There are several places to do it, but we went down the hill in Oia to where they jumped in Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants. Then be sure to ride a donkey back up the hill (all you’ve got to do is hold on).
